A Strategy Is Not a Plan!

A strategy is neither a plan, nor a path.

All the pieces must be aligned and connected. A strategy is a decision-making framework that has to be relevant to the given context. The outcomes generated by an organization are the final measure of its strategy. There is no silver bullet.
